Scheduling a tour at Yaya’s Family Daycare & Preschool is more than just a visit—it's the start of a mutual selection process to ensure we’re the right fit for each other. We know that parents want a daycare that feels like an extension of their family, where their child will be loved, nurtured, and supported. During the tour, you’ll have the chance to see our facilities, meet our staff, and experience our environment.
At the same time, we’ll be getting to know you, conducting an interview to understand if your values align with ours. Our goal during this process is to give you peace of mind and we want you to feel completely sure about your choice, so you will not get pushy sales tactics from us.
If we find that we’re not the best fit, we’re happy to recommend other daycares that align with your wants and needs. After the tour, you can submit an application, which we will carefully review and either approve or deny based on availability and how well we fit together. We protect our culture fiercely because it’s what makes Yaya’s Family Daycare a place where children and families truly thrive and we appreciate your understanding.

Visit our center to see firsthand how we care for children and meet our dedicated staff. This is also our opportunity to learn more about you and your family, ensuring we’re the right fit for each other. During this process, we aim to give you peace of mind, and together, we trust our instincts to make the best decision for your child. After the tour, you’ll have the option to submit an application for enrollment.

If your application is approved, we’ll guide you through the enrollment process, including securing your child’s spot. To hold a spot, a non-refundable deposit is required, as outlined in our Parent Handbook. This deposit guarantees your place in our center, protecting you from the risk of not finding the right care when you need it most. Our clear and straightforward policies ensure that you can move forward with confidence, knowing your child will be part of a community that values them as family.

Once enrolled, we’ll work together to create a personalized plan for your child’s development, focusing on their unique needs and interests. Our team will provide regular updates, and we’ll maintain open communication to ensure we’re meeting your expectations. Over time, you’ll see your child grow in a loving and supportive environment, developing the skills and confidence they need for the future. As you witness your child’s transformation, you’ll also experience a change in yourself—gaining peace of mind, confidence in your parenting choices, and a deep connection to a community that truly cares about your family’s well-being.
